HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping is easy: Use the SHOP link. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. If we require further information from you, a request form will pop up. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'BAG' symbol at the top right-hand side of the page. Click on ‘CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified as soon as possible.

If you would prefer to place an order by bank transfer, this is also possible. Please email us directly contact@tabitharingwood.com where we can assist you further.

AM I ABLE TO PAY FOR THE SHOES IN INSTALMENTS?

We can take orders with a 50% deposit, and 50% payment before shipment. Although our website is not geared up for this type of payment plan, please email contact@tabitharingwood.com and you will be emailed details to facilitate this.

CAN I PAY IN A DIFFERENT CURRENCY?

Our website currently shows only one currency, GBP (£). If you are purchasing outside of the United Kingdom however, your bank will convert the GBP amount into your home currency. Your bank will carry out the daily conversion rate for you. If you have any queries regarding this, is it best to contact your bank prior to purchase.

WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT 28-30 DAYS FOR MY ORDER?

Everything we make is made-to-order. We do not hold onto stock so shipping will never be immediate after purchase. As soon as we receive you order and payment we begin making your product. This is because we believe in not making something that isn’t wanted, and we are also only using materials that are deadstock, reclaimed or purchased specifically for your bespoke order. The shoes are all hand-made in London by Tabitha and her colleague Iliaz Iliazi, in the colours, sizes and fabrics that you have chosen from our selection. We need just a little time to make them for you so that they are perfect. You are contacted prior to them leaving our studio, and you will be sent a tracking number. We can guarantee that it will be worth the wait!

WHY CAN’T I HAVE A REFUND AND ONLY AN EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of our business, refunds are unable to be given. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

WHAT IF THE SIZE I HAVE ORDERED ISN’T ACTUALLY MY SIZE ONCE I RECEIVE IT AND WANT TO CHANGE IT?

Our shoes fit as a standard size and all bespoke orders are made from your own measurements so this will rarely be the case. However, we understand that this can happen. Once you receive your order and you feel the fit and feel is not quite right, we will exchange the size for you no problem. It can only be exchanged for the same style originally ordered. Simply email contact@tabitharingwood.com with your order number and the size you wish to exchange it for, and we will advise on next steps of how to return your item back to us. Once we receive the pair back, we will get to work on your new desired size and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. WHAT IF I DON’T SEE A SHOE THAT I LIKE FROM WHAT IS AVAILABLE?

We understand you may prefer the shoes you see in another colour or fabric from those that are for sale at that given time. If this is the case, please head over to our ‘BESPOKE’ page on the drop down menu under SHOP,’ fill out the contact form and we can discuss making you a custom item.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

Your package is insured to the value of the item you have purchased, and to provide extra security, a signature will always be required. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will leave you a card with their details so that you can rearrange a time more convenient for you.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

This varies per country and city. We would recommend you contact your customs and duties office in your country advising them of the item you are purchasing and value so that they can further advise.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We provide you with a tracking number which will reach you by email once the goods have left our studio. You can then click on the link once received in your inbox to track your parcel.

Some of the information you have submitted with your order will be used to process your order and keep you updated with its progress. We keep order information on file due to our personal approach to making your products and sometimes refer back to previous orders for information on size and style to see what works best for each individual customer with respect to any future orders.

Payment details you provide will be encrypted using (SSL) technology before they are submitted to us over the internet. Payments made on the Site are made through our payment gateway provider. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to such payment provider which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorising payment.
