UK Delivery Information:

Shipping is £8 per order to any UK address, with £2 for each additional item.

All our made-to-order purchases will be processed and sent out within 28-30 days and posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service aims to deliver the next working day and will require a signature upon receipt. This service insures your purchase and will provide you with a tracking number.

Europe and the Rest of the World Delivery Information:

Delivery to Europe is £18.00, with £4 for each additional item.

Delivery to the rest of the world is £42­.00, with £8 for each additional item.

All products will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or DPD services depending upon delivery address . This service aims to deliver within 3+ working days after being sent and will require a signature upon receipt. All import duty or taxes to countries outside the EU are the sole responsibility of the customer.

General:

Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is entered incorrectly. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address. On occasion, items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact us by email at contact@tabitharingwood.com quoting your order number for us to be able to follow up on your order.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from tabitharingwood.com and unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of our business, refunds are unable to be given. If you have a sizing issue, we may be able to exchange the original order for a different size, depending upon the nature of the piece. Any new sizing requests will incur the standard 4-week lead time to produce, which will only commence following the return of the original goods.

As our materials are limited, if we are able to re-make the item for your exchange, we will hold it for you until your original purchase is returned. If we are unable to re-make your items, we will contact you via email. Please note that in this case, it is only possible to exchange like-for-like product. If there are any sizing issues with your order please email contact@tabitharingwood.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; make sure you obtain a proof of postage and book a trackable shipment method as we are unable to take responsibility for your returns until we physically receive them.

Please make sure your items are returned in the state in which they arrived, unused and with all original packaging. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We are happy to assist you with sizing and style details at any step of the process to eliminate the need for returns of these items – please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that sample sale items are not available to be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Tips for trying on your purchases

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box and we suggest trying them on a carpeted floor. Returns must also include the product card, dust bag and original branded box. Please package the shoes in the same manner in which they were originally delivered, to prevent damage during shipping.
